The Tatts was established in 1859 and Mr Kelly plans to highlight the heritage elements of the pub.
The Kelly hotels include seven regional pubs at Mudgee, Gulgong, Scone, Old Bar and Weston and now Casino.
The Exchange Hotel in Kyogle has also been sold.
June Greenaway has owned the Exchange Hotel for more than 43 years and sold it with the nine poker machine entitlements to a Sydney consortium for an undisclosed sum.
